| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 20, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, to stay all contempt proceedings against her. Cross motion by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 to impose a sanction upon the nonparty-appellant. Application by the nonparty-appellant to strike certain statements in the respondents' cross motion papers and pursuant CPLR 3024(b) to impose a sanction upon the respondents' counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motions, the cross motion, and the application are denied.
