Application by the nonparty-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 18, 2009, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 17, 2010, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated December 18, 2009, upon perfection of the appeal on or before March 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and decision and order on motion of this court dated February 17, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 19, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "April 20, 2010".
