| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 10, 2009, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 4, 2009, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated November 10, 2009, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before January 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated December 4, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 4, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 25, 2010."
