Cameron, Ray v Aurora Assoc., L.P.
The cross-motion to cancel the bond and for other relief is denied as academic. Pursuant to CPLR § 5519(e), the stay continues for five days after service of a copy of this order with notice of entry. Accordingly, there is no need to maintain the bond thereafter and the surety is released, without the need of a further order of this Court .
