It is Ordered that the petitioner-respondent's motion to dismiss is granted unless the appeal is argued or submitted by no later than the June 2010 term - the filing deadline is April 13, 2010. No further extension of time will be granted in this nuisance holdover proceeding. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
