| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to amend an opinion and order of this court dated August 11, 2009, which determined appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 30, 2006, October 24, 2006, and May 15, 2007, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered October 30, 2006. Cross motion by the respondents Estate of Gladys T. Russell, Estate of Dorothy Wortman, Dottie Hadler, Barbara Goodman, Donald Cantrell, Anita C. Dorsey, George Gershel, Jr., Sally Title, and the heirs and distributees of Georgiana Walters, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
