On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Lisa Boslow Dorman, 29 Rolling Way, New Rochelle, New York, 10804, counsel assigned to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered January 22, 2009, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in action to new attorney for the children herein assigned.
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as new counsel to represent the children on the appeal:

and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 13, 2010, the new attorney for the children shall review the briefs previously filed by the parties, and advise the Court in writing, that (1) he adopts the brief filed by the former attorney for the children, or (2) that he wishes to file a new or supplemental brief on behalf of the children; and it is further,
ORDERED that the new attorney for the children is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
