On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 11, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 7, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph the word "perfected" and substituting therefor the word "calendared."
