Separate motions by Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc., and by AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 2, 2008, pending determination by the Supreme Court, Kings County, of their respective motions to renew the motions that were determined by the order dated September 2, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeals are held in abeyance pending determination by the Supreme Court, Kings County, of the motions to renew the motions that were determined by the order dated September 2, 2008.
The parties shall advise this court expeditiously when the Supreme Court, Kings County, determines the subject motions to renew.
