On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 12, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered January 22, 2009, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph the street address "299 Knollwood Road" and substituting therefor the street address "399 Knollwood Road."
