DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Tuwanda Marie G. pro se on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2009, to strike the brief filed on her behalf by assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel. The appellant's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on August 4, 2009, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal by Tuwanda Marie G.:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
