It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after March 30, 2010. If, by said date, the arrears of $2,014.44 has been tendered to the landlord, without prejudice, then the appellant may move for a further continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after March 30, 2010. In the event the appellant intends to pursue the appeal, the latter may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
