It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction on condition that the appeal is perfected by the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction.
