| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 18, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted the branch of a motion by the respondent which was to direct the appellant to settle the trial transcript on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2008, is amended by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof, after the words "(iii) serve and file an affirmation in accordance with the provisions of CPLR 5525(c)(2) in the event that there are no proposed amendments or objections to the transcript," the words "or (iv) serve and file a supplemental appendix containing an errata sheet reflecting the corrections to the trial transcript,".
