ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (IDV Part), both dated January 12, 2010, and an order of the same court dated January 13, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption the incorrect docket nos. "2009-01342, 2009-01343", and substituting therefor the docket nos. "2010-01342, 2010-01343."
