ORDERED that its decision and order on motion incorrectly dated January 18, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 1, 2009, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "January 18, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 18, 2010."
