DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to Dismiss Appeal

Separate motions by the respondent and the attorney for the children, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2009, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to dismiss the appeal are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
