ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 11, 2010, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated October 28, 2009, is amended by adding thereto after the third decretal paragraph the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged and the respondent's brief submitted to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,"
