Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Emmelyn Logan-Baldwin dated February 11, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affidavit of Paul D. Clayton sworn to February 18, 2010, the opposing affidavit of Kristen M. Benson sworn to February 18, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation on the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders entered January 16, 2009, and May 1, 2009, are consolidated, and the motion is otherwise denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the consolidated appeals be perfected on or before April 30, 2010, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
