Appellant having moved for a second extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 18, 2008,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Robert Srozenski sworn to March 5, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affidavit of Eugene M. O'Connor sworn to March 18, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 4, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date March 5, 2010 and inserting in its place the date April 21, 2010.
