| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Perry S. Reich, in effect, for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 1, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02252), and March 10, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-02459), respectively, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated March 8, 2010, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to waive the motion filing fee. Separate motion by Imported Quality Guard Dogs, Inc., Animal Rescue Unit, Inc., and Robin Schulder, in effect, for leave to appeal to this court from the orders and to stay enforcement of or modify stated portions of the order dated March 8, 2010, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Perry S. Reich which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
