ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 22, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered September 25, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the date "March 18, 2010" and substituting therefor the date "March 16, 2010".
