| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 25, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied the appellant's motion to strike the respondent's replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 29, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County", and by adding after the decretal paragraph the following decretal paragraph:
"; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 12, 2010, and the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date."
