| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Selectron Management Corporation and Selectron Inter national Optronics for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated June 2, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Fifth District Court, Suffolk County, dated October 31, 2007, and to stay their eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the eviction is denied as academic.
