| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Trudy-Ann W. for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated March 4, 2010, and for an expedited briefing schedule and, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an expedited briefing schedule and, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied.
