Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 10, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09120), September 19, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11760), and September 29, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11761), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09120), expeditiously in accordance with this court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
