Motion by Dianne Braun Hanley, the attorney for the children, for leave to withdraw as counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 15, 2009, and to appoint a new attorney to represent the children on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion in the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, for the same relief.
