Application by the respondent State of New York pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 29, 2009, and November 18, 2009, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until May 14, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
