Motion by Long Island Air Conditioning, Inc., for leave to file a supplemental or a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 25, 2009. Application by Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 8, 2010, Long Island Air Conditioning, Inc., shall serve and file a supplemental or a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until May 10, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
