DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent St. Vincent's Services, Inc., to dismiss appeals by Angelique G. from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated July 16, 2009, and an order of the same court dated September 16, 2009, as untimely taken.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals by Angelique G. are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513).
