DECISION
Motion by appellants, in essence, to continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated November 17, 2009 is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal by May 7, 2010. Appellants shall continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the order of November 17, 2009.
In the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
