On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 1, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 26, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption the Appellate Division Docket No. "2010-01571" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket No. "2010-01517."
