Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 31, 2009, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 16, 2010, as conditioned a stay, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before April 2, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this court dated February 16, 2010, as conditioned a stay, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before April 2, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs the date "April 2, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "April 13, 2010," and by deleting from the third and fourth decretal paragraphs the dates "May 3, 2010," and "May 10, 2010," and substituting therefor the dates "May 14, 2010," and "May 24, 2010," respectively.
