| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2009, to strike stated portions of the brief of the attorney for the child, to impose a sanction upon the attorney for the child, and to relieve that attorney from representing the child on the appeal. Cross motion by the attorney for the child to impose a sanction upon the respondent for making a frivolous motion and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 487 for treble damages
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
