Appeals by Dieuve I. Gaussaint from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 23, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated January 11, 2010, as amended January 15, 2010,the appellant was given until February 3, 2010, to perfect the above-entitled appeals. The appeals have not been perfected.
On the court's own motion it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
