It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the order of fact-finding entered February 6, 2009, is dismissed on the ground that the order was superseded by the order of disposition entered August 17, 2009, and is brought up for review on the appeal from the order of disposition, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.
