Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 20, 2009, and petitioner-respondent having moved for reconsideration of the order of this Court entered February 22, 2010, that vacated a prior order granting him permission to proceed as a poor person and the assignment of counsel,
