Appeal by Manuel Lebron from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 27, 2008. The transcripts in the above-entitled appeal were received by the appellant on or about November 19, 2009.
By decision and order dated January 11, 2010, the appellant was given sixty days from the date thereof to perfect the above-entitled appeal. The appeal has not been perfected.
On the court's own motion it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
