Application by the respondent Benjamin Ramirez pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 31, 2009, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until May 14, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is denied as premature.
