Application by Christine Nelson Smith, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 11, 1991, under the name Christine Mary Nelson, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Christine Mary Smith.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Christine Nelson Smith to Christine Mary Smith, effective immediately.
