Motion by the respondent Ol Blue Point, LLC, in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 14, 2010, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before May 14, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all the briefs have been filed.
