On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 24, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated December 17, 2009, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Suffolk County", and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County".
