Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Sam Chinn, dated March 8, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Victoria M. White, Esq., dated March 18, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 9, 2010 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 26, 2010 and inserting in place thereof the date August 13, 2010.
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
