Motion by Counsel to be Relieved
of Assignment - Family Court

Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant Mandy C. to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 8, 2009. By order on certification dated December 31, 2009, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal on behalf of the appellant Mandy C.:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
