Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 24, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 28, 2010, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
