ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by God's Battalion of Prayer Pentecostal Church, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 27, 2009, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated October 14, 2009.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 6, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further

ORDERED that the defendants Larry R. Hollander, Hollander & Strauss, and Hollander & Strauss as successor to Hollander, Strauss & Mastropietro, LLP, shall serve and file their answering brief, including any points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before August 11, 2010, and the remaining respondents shall serve and file their briefs on or before August 11, 2010.
