Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 11, 2009, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated January 27, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
