Motion by the respondent for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated June 17, 2009, and an order of the same court dated June 24, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 21, 2010, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
