| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Yong Qing Wang, d/b/a Wang's Laundry, in effect, for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 23, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 31, 2008, and to stay enforcement of the warrant of eviction, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated March 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
