| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate appeals by Sharlene Wallace and the attorney for the child from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 30, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated March 1, 2010, inter alia, so much of a decision and order on motion dated December 31, 2009, as dismissed the appeal by the appellant Sharlene Wallace was recalled vacated, and the appellant Sharlene Wallace was given until March 19, 2010, to renew her motion for leave to proceed on the above-entitled appeal as a poor person. The appellant Sharlene Wallace has not renewed the motion.
On the court's own motion it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Sharlene Wallace is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
